21-17-415. General criteria for securities. Except as otherwise provided, securities issued under this act shall be (a) in a form, (b) issued in a manner, at, above or below par, at public or private sale, and (c) issued with recitals, terms, covenants, conditions and other provisions, as may be provided by the board in a resolution authorizing their issuance and in an indenture or other proceedings appertaining thereto.
