21-18-104. Small business development centers. The small business development centers shall be operated by the University of Wyoming. The university shall specify the organizational structure of the network of centers in consultation with the Wyoming business council created by W.S. 9-12-103. The university shall integrate the operations of the centers with the Wyoming business council to the fullest extent permitted by federal law.
