21-19-104. Retirement annuity policies. Any retirement plan established pursuant to W.S. 21-19-102 shall provide for the purchase of retirement annuity policies for the contributing employees. Rights and benefits of the annuity contracts shall vest in the employee. Annuity contracts may be made transferable from one (1) institution to another and provide acceptance of service of process by the issuer of the policy within the home state of the policyholder.
