Section 21-3-113 - Signing of Warrants and Checks

21-3-113. Signing of warrants and checks. (a) All warrants or other orders to pay money drawn on the school district treasury, and all checks on a depository, shall bear the signature of the clerk or treasurer and the chairman of the board of trustees. The signatures may be reproduced as provided in W.S. 16-2-101 through 16-2-103. (b) All warrants or other orders to pay money drawn on activity or special funds shall be signed and administered in the manner provided in subsection (a) above, and in accordance with the written policy of the board of trustees. Activity or special funds shall be subject to supervision and examination by the director of the state department of audit.
