21-3-120. Notice of special or emergency meetings. (a) The clerk of the board of trustees of each school district shall cause notice of each special or emergency meeting of the board of trustees to be given in accordance with W.S. 16-4-404. (b) The notice shall contain the purpose, time and place of the meeting, and a statement that the official minutes of such meeting will be available for inspection by any citizen at the office of the clerk of said district.
