Section 21-3-124 - Failure to Perform Duty by Officer or Member of Board of Trustees

21-3-124. Failure to perform duty by officer or member of board of trustees. Any member or officer of a board of trustees of a school district who willfully fails, refuses, or neglects to perform any duty imposed upon him by the provisions of this code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than thirty (30) days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
