21-6-204. Quorum; majority vote. (a) A majority of the members of the district boundary board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. No action of the district boundary board shall be valid unless the action is approved by a majority of the members. (b) Expenses incurred by the district boundary board in the performance of its duties required by this article shall be borne by the county treasury.
