Section 21-7-113 - Application to Teachers Presently Employed

21-7-113. Application to teachers presently employed. The provisions of this article shall apply to all teachers who are teaching in Wyoming on and after July 1, 2012, and shall apply regardless of whether the teacher was employed prior to July 1, 2012 as a teacher in Wyoming.
