22-13-118. Judges work schedule. At the discretion of the county clerk, election judges may be allowed to work at the polling place on election day for a period of time less than the total amount of time the polls are open provided the polling place has a sufficient number of election judges on duty at all times to comply with the requirements of this title. An election judge shall not leave his polling place during his work shift.
