22-29-102. Definitions. (a) As used in this act: (i) 'Director' or 'district director' means a voting member of the governing body of a special district, regardless of what title is used in the principal act; (ii) 'Principal act' means the statutes under which a special district listed under W.S. 22-29-103(a) can be formed or is operating; (iii) 'Business day' means any day other than Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday in this state as designated in W.S. 8-4-101; (iv) 'This act' means W.S. 22-29-101 through 22-29-601. 22-29-102.
