Section 23-5-107 - Receipt to Be Given for Removal of Birds From Licensed Premises

23-5-107. Receipt to be given for removal of birds from licensed premises. Before any bird may be removed from the licensed premises, the licensee or operator shall issue to the person removing birds a receipt. The receipt shall be dated and shall contain information as to the number of birds, the sex, and species being removed from the licensed premises.
