23-6-104. Procedure prescribed herein not exclusive. The foregoing provisions shall apply to all arrests without a warrant for violations of this act, but the procedures prescribed herein are not exclusive of any other method prescribed by law for the arrest and prosecution of a person for an offense of like grade.
