23-6-207. Revocation of license of commercial operation or business. The commission may revoke the license of any commercial operation or business for any violation of this act or an order of the commission pertaining to his business or operation. The commission may refuse to issue another license to any person whose license is revoked under this section for any period of time it deems desirable.
