24-1-117. Restrictions upon damming streams; effect of failure to comply with W.S. 24-1-116. Any person or persons, company or corporation, violating the provisions of W.S. 24-1-116, shall be liable to a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00), and shall also be liable to the party injured for any damages resulting therefrom.
