Section 24-1-120 - Administration of Provisions; Maximum Overhead Expenses

24-1-120. Administration of provisions; maximum overhead expenses. It is hereby provided that all expenses of the maintenance of office, offices, salary, salaries, engineering, surveying, field supervision and other overhead expenses in connection with the administration of this act, shall not exceed fifteen percent (15%) of the total amount expended each year under the provisions of this act.
