24-10-105. Regulations of commission. The commission is hereby authorized to make and promulgate regulations to control the erection and maintenance of outdoor advertising signs, displays and devices along the interstate and primary highway systems in conformance with the terms of this act and in conformity with section 131 of title 23, United States Code as amended.
