24-13-104. Applicability of chapter. (a) This chapter does not apply to any taking or damaging of property for which a utility is entitled to compensation pursuant to: (i) Other applicable law; (ii) The constitution of this state or of the United States; or (iii) A binding agreement inuring to the utility's benefit.
