25-5-117. Admission for residential services; application and contents thereof; written copy of rights; appeal of denied admissions. (a) A person determined by the preadmission screening and assessment to be eligible for admission to the center for residential services may be admitted as a client under one (1) of the following procedures: (i) An adult who has sufficient insight or capacity to make responsible application for admission for residential services may be admitted on his own application; (ii) A minor or ward may be admitted upon application of his parent or guardian. (b) Repealed By Laws 2008, Ch. 85, 2. (c) At the time of admission for residential services, the program manager shall give a written copy of the rights provided in W.S. 25-5-132 to the client, his parent or guardian. (d) A person who is denied admission may appeal the decision to the department, in writing.
