26-13-108. Boycott, coercion and intimidation prohibited; exception. No person shall enter into any agreement to commit, or by any concerted action commit, any act of boycott, coercion or intimidation resulting in unreasonable restraint of or any monopoly in any business of insurance, except that an insurer owned or controlled by an association or organization may refuse to renew a casualty or liability policy because of nonpayment of dues to the association or organization if payment of dues is a prerequisite to obtaining or continuing the insurance.
