26-13-117. Service of process upon unauthorized insurers. (a) Service of all process, statements of charges and notices under this chapter upon unauthorized insurers shall be made in accordance with W.S. 26-3-122. (b) The commissioner shall forward all process, statements of charges and notices to the insurer in the manner provided in W.S. 26-3-122. (c) No default shall be taken against any unauthorized insurer until expiration of thirty (30) days after the date of forwarding by the commissioner under subsection (b) of this section, or date of service of process if under W.S. 26-12-203(b). (d) W.S. 26-12-203(d) applies to all process, statements of charges and notices under this section.
