26-16-116. Annuity and pure endowment contracts; standard provisions. (a) No annuity or pure endowment contract, other than reversionary, survivorship or group annuities and except as stated in this section, shall be delivered or issued for delivery in this state unless it contains provisions conforming in substance to each of the provisions specified in W.S. 26-16-117. Any of the provisions not applicable to single premium annuities or single premium pure endowment contracts, to that extent, shall not be incorporated in the policy. (b) This section does not apply to contracts for deferred annuities included in or upon the lives of beneficiaries under life insurance policies.
