26-18-114. Physical examination and autopsy. 'Physical Examinations and Autopsy: The insurer at its own expense has the right to examine the person of the insured when and as often as it reasonably requires during the pendency of a claim under the policy and to make an autopsy in case of death if it is not forbidden by law.'
