26-2-104. Insurance commissioner; official seal. (a) The commissioner shall have an official seal in the form and design in use and on file in the office of secretary of state. (b) The commissioner shall issue under his official seal all his certificates, other than licenses of agents, brokers, adjusters and other insurance representatives.
