Section 26-2-115 - Report to Governor

26-2-115. Report to governor. (a) The commissioner, as required by W.S. 9-2-1014, shall report to the governor showing: (i) A list of authorized insurers transacting insurance in this state, with any tabular summary of their financial statements as he deems appropriate; (ii) Names of all insurers whose business was closed during the preceding reporting period, the cause thereof and the amount of assets and liabilities as ascertainable; (iii) Names of insurers against which delinquency or similar proceedings were instituted, and a concise statement of the facts with respect to each proceeding and the status thereof; (iv) The department receipts and expenses for the preceding reporting period; (v) His recommendations as to amendments or supplementation of laws affecting insurance or the department; and (vi) Any other matters he deems proper or of benefit to the public in regard to the insurance business in this state.
