26-2-133. Disclosure of nonpublic personal information; rulemaking; rulemaking authority limited. (a) The commissioner is authorized to adopt rules necessary to govern the practices of all persons licensed under this code with respect to the disclosure of nonpublic personal financial and health information of insurance consumers and customers. The rules shall prohibit the disclosure of any nonpublic personal information contrary to the provisions of title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999, P.L. 106-102. (b) Repealed By Laws 2007, Ch. 43, 1.
