26-23-105. Exemptions. W.S. 26-23-101(a), 26-23-102 and 26-23-103 do not apply to insurance on stocks of merchandise or property of fluctuating values, if the reduced rate contribution clause is made a part of the policy. This chapter does not apply to wet marine and transportation insurance.
