26-23-201. Casualty and surety contracts subject to provisions of code. (a) The following insurance contracts covering subjects of insurance resident, located or to be performed in this state are subject to the applicable provisions of chapter 15 and to other applicable provisions of this code: (i) Casualty insurance contracts; and (ii) Surety insurance contracts.
