26-27-104. Name; power to sue or be sued. (a) A reciprocal insurer shall: (i) Have and use a business name, which shall include the word 'reciprocal', 'interinsurer', 'interinsurance', 'exchange', 'underwriters', 'underwriting' or 'association'; (ii) Sue and be sued in its own name.
