26-3-125. Annual statement; mandatory reporting of claims against governmental entity. (a) On or before March 15 of each year, each insurer providing insurance to a governmental entity, as defined in W.S. 1-39-103(a)(i), shall file with the commissioner of insurance a report of the claims made against its insureds which have been closed during the immediately preceding calendar year. The report shall contain, but is not limited to, the following information: (i) The total number of claims filed, broken down by category or type of claim; (ii) The total amount paid in settlement or discharge of the claims for each type or category of claims; (iii) The total amount of premiums received from insureds under this act; (iv) The total number of insureds under this act whose liability insurance the insurer cancelled or refused to renew and the reasons therefor.
