Section 26-40-104 - Prohibitions

26-40-104. Prohibitions. (a) No person may make payment on a claim for benefits under an individual, group or blanket disability policy covering residents of this state unless such claim payment is made in compliance with this chapter. (b) Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter is subject to denial, suspension or revocation of a license or certificate of authority in addition to the imposition of any other penalty provided by W.S. 26-1-107.
