Section 27-3-810 - Extended Benefits

27-3-810. Extended benefits. An employee who has received all of the short time compensation or combined unemployment compensation and short time compensation available in a benefit year shall be considered an exhaustee for purposes of extended benefits as provided under W.S. 27-3-315 and if otherwise eligible under those provisions shall be eligible to receive extended benefits.
