27-3-811. Reporting requirements. Not later than November 1 of each year until November 1, 2026, the department shall report to the joint appropriations committee on the short time compensation program established pursuant to this article. The report shall describe the administration of the short time compensation program, the number of employers participating in the program and the amount of funds that have been expended by the department on the program.
