27-4-103. Semimonthly payments required; penalty. Every person violating any of the provisions of this act, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than six (6) months, or by both fine and imprisonment.
