Section 27-7-115 - Right to Work; Penalties

27-7-115. Right to work; penalties. Any person convicted of a misdemeanor, as defined in this act, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), or imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed six (6) months, or both.
