29-3-101. Definitions. (a) As used in this chapter: (i) 'Drilling' means open pit work, field processing, gasification, digging, shooting, torpedoing, perforating, fracturing, testing, logging, acidizing, cementing, completing or repairing; (ii) 'Material' means casing, tanks, pipelines, fuel, machinery, equipment, appliances, buildings, structures, tools, bits or supplies. 'Material' does not include drilling rigs or hoists or their integral component parts except wire lines.
