3-3-405. Order for delivery. Upon the filing of the bond required by the court of this state the court shall order the personal property of the nonresident ward delivered to the foreign conservator or guardian. The foreign conservator or guardian shall execute and file with the court a receipt itemizing the property of the nonresident ward received by him.
