30-2-302. State mining council to act in conjunction with inspector. The council shall act in conjunction with the inspector to improve safety, health, training, examinations and certification of miners in mining operations and mines, in the production and the processing of minerals, and in all installations, equipment and operations constituting a part of mining operations and mines.
