30-3-108. Requirements as to buildings generally; fire resistant structures required. (a) Buildings shall be constructed and located in a manner consistent with recognized good mining practice. (b) The inspector shall establish by rule requirements for fire resistant structures for areas in proximity to underground mine openings.
