31-12-102. Penalties. Any person violating W.S. 31-12-101 is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than thirty (30) days, or both.
