Section 31-13-103 - Uniformity of Provisions

31-13-103. Uniformity of provisions. The provisions of this act shall be applicable and uniform throughout this state and in all political subdivisions therein but any city or town may enact or enforce any ordinance on a matter covered by this act which shall supersede this act to the extent that any conflict exists.
