Section 31-16-116 - Grounds for Revocation; Cessation of Right to Revocation

31-16-116. Grounds for revocation; cessation of right to revocation. Repaired damage to a customer-ordered new vehicle, not exceeding the six percent (6%) rule, does not constitute grounds for revocation of the customer order. The customer's right of revocation ceases upon his acceptance of delivery of the vehicle if disclosure required in this act is made prior to delivery.
