Section 31-5-1501 - Definitions

31-5-1501. Definitions. (a) As used in this act: (i) 'Department' means the Wyoming department of transportation; (ii) 'Director' means the director of the department of transportation; (iii) 'Program' means the Wyoming motorcycle safety education program established under W.S. 31-5-1502; (iv) 'This act' means W.S. 31-5-1501 through 31-5-1507.
