Section 31-5-930 - Highway Construction and Maintenance Vehicles

31-5-930. Highway construction and maintenance vehicles. (a) The superintendent shall adopt specifications and rules governing the use of flashing lights on vehicles engaged in highway construction or maintenance operations. (b) The driver of a vehicle engaged in highway construction or maintenance shall comply with rules adopted under this section.
