31-7-131. Surrender and return of license. (a) Upon cancelling, suspending or revoking a license, the division shall require that any physical license be surrendered to the division and that any digital driver's license be cancelled or suspended. (b) Any person whose license has been cancelled, suspended or revoked shall immediately return his physical license to the division. (c) At the end of a period of a suspension, the division shall return a license to the licensee, if unexpired, and revalidate any digital driver's license, if applicable.
