31-7-202. Definitions. (a) As used in the Driver License Compact enacted in W.S. 31-7-201: (i) 'Licensing authority' means the department of transportation; (ii) 'Executive head' means the governor; (iii) 'Head of the licensing authority' means the director of the department of transportation.
