31-9-103. Administration; administrative review. (a) The administration of this act shall be exercised by the department of transportation which may prescribe forms and reasonable rules and regulations in conformity with this act. The administration of this act may be delegated by the department to the division. (b) W.S. 31-7-105 and 31-7-130 apply to all suspensions under this act.
