Section 31-9-410 - Proof by Owner in Lieu of Driver

31-9-410. Proof by owner in lieu of driver. Whenever any person required to give proof of financial responsibility is or later becomes a driver in the employ of any owner, or is or later becomes a member of the immediate family or household of the owner, the division shall accept proof given by the owner in lieu of proof by the other person to permit the other person to drive a motor vehicle for which the owner has given proof as herein provided.
