Section 31-9-412 - When Further Proof Required

31-9-412. When further proof required. Whenever any proof of financial responsibility filed under this act no longer fulfills the purposes for which required, the division shall require other proof as required by this act and shall suspend the license and registration of the nonresident's operating privilege pending the filing of other proof.
