Section 33-1-112 - Penalties May Be Recovered by Action

33-1-112. Penalties may be recovered by action. Penalties incurred by a violation of the provisions of this act may be recovered by action of debt in the name of the county prosecuting the same, or by indictment or complaint in the name of the people of the state of Wyoming.
