Section 33-1-114 - License Applications; Social Security Numbers Required; Exception

33-1-114. License applications; social security numbers required; exception. Except as otherwise specifically provided by statute, a board or commission authorized to establish examination, permit or license application requirements for any profession or occupation regulated under this title shall require applicants for new licenses, certificates of registration or renewals of licenses or certificates to include the applicant's social security number on the application form.
